Kristal and the team made the process to organise a funeral for my mum so streamline. I have never organised one before and the team had made it very easy. The day of the funeral was a lovely send off to my mum and the team made it very special for us. They kept us comfortable and supported.

I approached Bare for a cremation for my son who was a long way from me to be able to organize the cremation personally. From the very first words spoken to Bare. They were very comforting for my loss and proceeded with my wishes at first instance. Every step was explained to me at what was happening during the process. I never had to ask Bare what’s next, it was told to me first by phone then put in my port folio to view as I wish. Every step was given that I had to complete that made it very easy and fast. My son was as cared for in the at most respect from taken from the coroner, bare funeral home then the crematorium. I had my sons ashes home with me plus some personal items he had with him in a very short time. I most certainly can not fault Bare one small inch. They were the best Snd um so very happy I chose them. Thank you Bare for all you have helped me through.

At a very difficult time in my life, I was, at all times, treated with courtesy, kindness, empathy and respect, by everyone I interacted with. My Arranger, Bronwen, was amazing; kind and gentle, helpful and informative, and nothing was too much trouble, thanks Bronwen. Everything is handled online, and I was kept appraised of what was happeneing at all times. It was easy to provide the necessary information, to look after my dear departed mum. There was no hard sell or upsell, but were options gently offered, if I wished to use them, and the cost was, as advised. I also received some free legal advice from Bare Law, which helped me a great deal, and I really appreciated. I would be (and have been) very confident, happy and comfortable recommending Bare to anyone asking, or in need of this service; they will not let you down, and will support you very well, in my experience. When my father passed away earlier in the year we were faced with many options for cremation, many of them quite expensive. My elderly mother had attended many recently and was not looking forward to hosting the usual crematorium send off. A family member suggested Bare and we reached out. The staff were all wonderful. Supportive and understanding although we never met in person. Tim was amazing and made the experience much less stressful than we were anticipating. The first person we met in real life was Susie who delivered his ashes to the house and she was so warm and caring. We were able to have a wonderful celebration of life at my father’s favorite club, hosting around 200 friends and family. This would not have been possible if we had gone with one of the more expensive cremation options.

I sadly had to use your services last year when my Husband passed away. Bare were great and sorted Everything out for us with out a problem . I will be arranging my cremation with them as soon as l can sort it out wonderful company l do thank you so much. Price was so much better than the old type Funeral directors.

My dealings with Bare occurred during the saddest period of my life. Fortunately, Bare had the right people and processes in place that ensured their people were able to empathise with my situation. Would highly recommend Bare, they were always so supportive and professional. It was amazing how they organised everything, the flowers, the chapel at the Cemetery, organising the minister and paying him, the movie presentation (perfect, the way they used the pictures to match the music, everyone commented how impressive it was) and the printing of the booklet and handing them out. Nothing was too much trouble from the organisation of the funeral to the day of the funeral. So easy to organise every detail via the link they send you. If I had any questions, they were promptly answered by Kristal with kindness. The follow up phone calls to check how we were after my mother's death was very reassuring. Our family were so impressed by Bare that we are now using their legal team to finalise my mother's estate.

My father passed away quite quickly, and we weren't prepared for what needed to happen at that time. A phone call to Bare and they took care of everything and stay in contact with the family the entire time. I dropped off some letters to be placed with my dad, and it was no problem. They were so caring and knowing that such caring people were taking care of him helped. We were provided with a page that we could customise for his funeral details, and this was very helpful, especially with the option for people to be able to rsvp that helped with the planning of his Celebration of Life. Every person that we spoke to was very professional but also caring, it is a very difficult time and to have them take care of my dad was comforting.

I actually stalled choosing a funeral home to cremate my young brother. I was so traumatised I dreaded having to deal with it, but I was drawn to Bare and praise the Lord, I chose them. My mothers funeral was clinical and distant, but the Bare staff and their wonderful Celebrant made us feel like family. We even got beautiful warm hugs. All I can say is, if in doubt, choose Bare. After being confronted by my wife’s sudden passing and experiencing the sadness and despair that came with it, I knew I needed to organise her funeral service. I wanted something different for her final Journey leaving from our home. I remembered the BARE commercial and made contact via the website. The team were quick to respond and amazing from the initial contact through all the organisation. Jess was my funeral arranger and Mae was the digital designer. Both professional yet compassionate and they were able to guide me as I explained what I wanted. They were clear with instructions, provided a checklist with time lines. The digital dashboard, the tribute page and the photo slideshows. It was so good and it all made an extremely sad process flow seamlessly. Tim did the tech on the day and Paul organised the livestream with numerous cameras and presented me with a recorded copy afterwards. I would recommend the team at BARE to anyone confronted with this same loss I experienced. It won’t bring your loved one back but it made the final journey a memory I’ll forever cherish.

I called Bare to bury my mother.. first funeral I ever had to organise. I cried, I changed my mind on a few details, they were amazing and the service was very beautiful. I rang a few times and Sam your voice whilst waiting on hold was very sincere.

After losing my grandmother on 15th February this yaar,we did a few ring around in pricing and I could not believe the difference in prices. Bare was at least $1,000,$2,000 cheaper. When I had organised with bare to do my grandmother cremation,they were so kind and considerate. Helping with every step along the way,Receiving phone calls to see how I was coping,and explained each step they were doing. Even to this day which he nearly 2 months I still get phone calls to see how I am going. I’m so greatly appreciated of their time and effort they put in to help love ones in such a Difficult time.

We have just bid farewell to my father on Thursday and from the very first moment I spoke with Bronwyn the concierge, I felt at ease trying to navigate the process and grieve and function all at the same time. I have nothing but praise for Bare. Not only were they respectful sympathetic and showed empathy they made the process so painless. They with me the whole journey respecting my requests and nothing was too much. I never felt pressured and could take as long as I like to make decsions and were always there if I had a question and they didn't worry if I changed my mind. I just felt so supported not only with the arrangements but with other issues such as Centrelink which they took care of which was a load off my mind at that stage.
